Great place for food and drinks! Reasonable prices considering that you're out in no-where land, Borrego Springs, CA

Some of the best basic Mexican food we've had. Friendly service, reasonable prices, good drinks. Highly recommended. The just opened up after lock down and are doing a good job with social distancing and masks.

Gotta love this place. It's a classic Mexican restaurant in California but it's in the Anza Borrego desert, so the options are limited. It's a very popular place and has the feeling of a friendly neighborhood diner. The menu is good, with typical and not overly expensive options. The ambiance is what you'd expect, and frankly what you'd look for. Borrego Springs has the feel of an old west town with lots of bikers, motorcycles, RVs, and a few townies. I only give this place three stars because the flan we had for dessert was the worst I've had. And I've eaten a lot of flan. But my enchiladas in a mole sauce were quite good. You won't leave hungry.

The food was right off the grill. You can tell it was made with love!!! Best place to eat with a group or friends and family. The service was on point!

Was in town for the sheep count and our group had dinner here. I ordered a watermelon margarita and the chicken mole enchiladas. Totally filled me up. The margarita was frothy and delicious. Not as strong but still refreshing after a long day in the desert.
