If you are looking for Mexican Food that everyone will love, this is the place. The food was incredible. And the service was top notch. We needed to book an event for 45 people at the last minute. There is a reason why this company has the 5 star ratings. Very professional, punctual and the food was fantastic. At the last minute I needed to add 5 more people and they took care of it, no problem. To them I say thank you very much, to others, go no further, these are the caterers you want.

We recently used MCC for my wife's birthday and I was nervous because I've never heard of them. Let me tell you, the food was phenomenal. I love Mexican food and have eaten at 100's of different Mexican restaurants, hands down, MCC's meats are the best I've ever had. I'm literally craving the chicken pollo and the pork pastor, just delicious. Everything was awesome, the rice and beans all the sides, super fresh and flavorful. If you like authentic Mexican food and you need a great caterer, look no further.

GREAT catering service from start to finish!

MCC was amazing!!!! So many people came up to me after the wedding to tell me how good the food was. They were at our venue early the day of to set up and were super professional. Leo and his team were great. They brought a ton of staff to help set up and to help up with little tasks. They were very accommodating and were able to do tasks that we requested the day of like bring out the cake at a certain time or pour champagne. There food was not only good but their setup was beautiful.

Eva was super helpful before the wedding and answered all my emails and special requests. They are super flexible and we were able to make last minute changes the day of.

They have my highest recommendation! They made our day go by so smooth!!
