Great location, service and comfortable atmosphere. We only ate the sushi and rolls and enjoyed them all. Fresh fish and vegetable ingredients made for a filling and tasty dining experience. We very much enjoyed the Carlsbad roll and Spicy Tuna roll.

This is the best place I have ever been for poke, and I've eaten poke all over the US to include Hawaii. All the food here is sustainable, delicious, and well presented. I come from SD to get the poke at least once a month.

The food was really good. Where other people noted bad service in these reviews, that was not our experience. We had a great waitress and she was very attentive and took care to ask about food allergies and guide us through a great meal.

The sushi was good, but their claims about food sourcing, etc. is lost on me. Seems to be a big deal these days. I just want a tasty roll and hopefully something original now and then. A bit spendy, but it is in the middle of tourist central, so... And Staff was pleasant.

High quality ingredients, excellent drinks, good service. They offer small plates that are sushi alternatives if someone in your party isn’t as interested in sushi. The crispy chicken, bacon Lardon were excellent; we also enjoyed the Papa Bear roll. Essential lavender, grand piano, and Kentucky buck were all well balanced alcoholic drinks. The staff was polite and attentive; I felt well taken care of.
