(November 18, 2019, 5:05 am)Stopped in for a coffee and a spot to work on some stuff on laptop and to write a letter. It's right on the main drag of Carlsbad with surprisingly adequate parking nearby. The inside is a bit compact, but some might call it "cozy". The lining up area blocks the bathroom access and runs right next to seating, so it was a bit awkward to be standing there. I only got a simple coffee, so I can't speak for the quality of their fancier options. They have ApplePay making it feel the 21st century. The seating inside was limited and a group of younger guys were just on their phones with no beverages in sight. Kind of disappointing that they didn't clear out at that point. Outside seating was pleasant enough, but definitely a bit noisy due to passing traffic.
