VIP Oriental Buffet

If you like deep fried soft crab tossed with garlic, salt n pepper this is the place to eat as many as you want. They also have the shrimp version. Only served at dinner time 4pm-10pm. But worth every penny $12.50

Came here to for the first time in 3 years since returning to SD and was not terribly impressed.
No more crayfish, due to cost according to the owner.
Most of the staff seems great and work hard.
Only reason reading of 4 star is because of s dirty plate with napkin stuck to it in clean dish area.

Tasty buffet, my mom loves this place and so does the bus loads of Asian tourists that flock this establishment. I don't come for their Asian food, for some reason they make a mean meatloaf, and was disappointed they didn't have it on my last visit. Coconut shrimp awesome too.

I'd only been to VIP Oriental Buffet during dinner . I had enjoyed the experience as a five ???? but the lunch choices on Wednesday were not my most favorite. They may be slightly different on other days. I'm not trying to say is a terrible place because it is actually great. I was just expecting my favorite choices like cocktail shrimp and the mini steak. Over all you have to try it and be the judge since we all know that our tastebuds know best.

There are some hits and misses with the food, i guess their myriad of choices makes it one of the better choice when you plan on eating buffet. Cleanliness is sub par on some areas but overall the general ambiance is good. The food choices are mostly Chinese dishes. The desserts are also delicious. I would definitely go back to this restaurant for buffet.
