Great service. Ricardo our cashier was really helpful. We had a group of 10 and he got our order perfect. The restrooms are clean. Dining area is great in size. The food was ???? Mmmm.

I attempted to use mobile app to take advantage of app specific FREE offer, but this location was not accepting mobile orders at the time. It was still the most convenient location for me so I went inside to order. I asked about the mobile ordering inside & was advised there was unknown issue, but someone was coming to fix Monday. I went ahead & ordered. 3 hamburgers & 1 fry. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my order & saw the employee bag up my fries in anticipation of the burgers to follow about 2 minutes after ordering. I continued waiting & watching while my fries just sat there. Finally after about 10 minutes the burgers were ready. She bagged them up & grabbed the 10 minute previously bagged fries & announced my food was ready. As I approached I immediately requested some hot fries to go along with the burgers since they had been waiting almost the entire time I had. She immediately obliged & walked around corner to fryer, but out of sight. For all I know I ended up with same order fluffed up with hot ones added to top, but at least they felt warm & I was done waiting on the slow service. The girl apologized for the error in judgment on prepping so far in advance. As usual this location is not staffed to accommodate the orders received mainly for a pretty solid drive thru activity & the walk ins always pay the price, but I'll keep trying!

Estela took our order she was so nice I gotta say the new menu boards rock !we had a bunch of tacos burgers everything on the menu :) the Dt was full they were a bit busy not once did she hesitate to get everything we needed I love the ranch btw thank you guys so much it was perfect everything was super fresh absolutely my fave spot now the whole team is Amazing Thanks!!!!!

Thank you so much for the service yesterday Estela you're AMAZING!!!.My jumbo jack was HOT french fries were Perfect the team and store are awesome not to mention the new menu boards nice upgrade???? such a great experience definitely coming back for the classic jumbo and the service.????
