Absolutely love Mc P's! Best place to chill on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Love the live bands they have playing. A must see place in Coronado.

Outstanding Rueben sandwich, we went twice during our visit to San Diego & will go back when we return again someday. The patio is comfortable and inviting. Good service and cold beer.

This is an amazing place to get a beer and bar food! It is a legendary Navy Seal hangout. This is the spot where Jessie Ventura got in a fight with a Seal, resulting in a lawsuit. Great service and friendly atmosphere.
The last time I was there the musician had his amp too loud so I had to move. It was creating distortion.

Family enjoyed the outdoor setting, appreciated the sign "kids and dogs are welcome & adults are tolerated." Reuben sandwich was enjoyed by the hubby, my fish taco was good, the clam chowder was a little off flavor. Kid's pasta w/marinara was ok. Overall, great location on the main street.

It's not a proper pub unless you open the door and the smell stale beer hits you in the face. And suffice it to say...this is a proper pub. It is a favorite of locals and tourists alike (Prince Harry even stopped in for a pint when he was in town!) The menu is varied and the food delish. Live music most nights although a little too loud for the confined indoor area. There is also outdoor seating. Pretty good beer selection. Friendly staff.
