Breakfast is my thing and with it being my first time ever here, this place was awesome and a must visit. Staff was super friendly, the food was prepared extremely fast. The cook moved so quick and it was amazing to watch. The coofee was great, the food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend this place for a small diner feel.

This is a little hole in the wall on the main drag of Coronado. There is a single counter for seating and along the wall. You can probably touch the counter and the wall at the same time. The griddle /etc is on the other side of the counter where the cook makes all the food. Watching the cook make all the orders is half the fun. The portions are huge and the food is very good. We've been coming here for years whenever we host swim meets at Coronado high school. The picture includes our timing crew and some officials. One year we had our own challenge where anyone who could finish two pancakes got their breakfast paid by the others. No one could finish and we are not small eaters! The omelets and burritos are ginormous. The French toast breakfast is very tasty, but more manageable. We have only come early in the morning, before the swim meet, and we're usually the first ones there. It can get very busy. I'm hoping we can continue to have swim meets here (one neighbor consistently complains about the noise) so we can keep the tradition of coming here!

Love, love, love this place. Small diner with a lot of energy. The portions are huge for so cheap. I can't believe I ate it all but it was that good. Such crispy hash browns. But the whole excitement comes from the cook, who is quick with his hands and movement of making such delicious food.
