    Very nice location. Spacious, with plenty of seating. This location is pretty busy but it is a nice ambiance and the staff is very friendly.

    Very friendly staff, I stooped by here in my way from San Diego to Irvine and have a coffee, it made good.

    Nice decor inside and a huge outdoor area with plenty of umbrellas makes this a popular spot.
