(October 24, 2018, 3:58 pm)Live close by, decided to stop after 7 years of driving by. Chicken fried steak and eggs was pretty good, but thumbs down on the ham and cheese omelette... American cheese inside, YUCK! I thought this place was going to be a great little hidden spot, but there are definitely better breakfast restaurants in El Cajon.

(September 5, 2018, 12:37 pm)Awesome mom n pop place. Small quaint restaurant/cafe. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and neighbors. Wonderful delicious food including alcohol and beer. Great daily specials. Open til 2:00pm BUT they stop serving by 1:30pm. A definite stop for home cooking. ($)
