    Issa ok one of the employees was awfully rude to my grandmother and but so far amazing my mom grew up near this jack in the box and so have I love it tho just they need to remove some of the employees

    Love Jack in the Box! Every location I have been to, Imperial Beach or Poway, have given quick service. Plus they are always friendly! Also they have the best iced coffee in my opinion for the price.

    I love Jack in the box, but the quality of the food preparation recently has been below par at this restaurant recently.
    Update: raising review to 4 stars!
    Updated kitchen or staff it seems, has lead to better quality food prep. It's now been quite a while since they have gotten an order wrong.
    People at this particular store have become very nice and friendly!
    Live the menu and food taste is still great!
    One thing that has baffled me, it seems they have changed their mayo provider. I do not like the mayo they are now using, that is why I lust it as 4 instead of 5 stars.
