    Server was not friendly and available if we needed a refill or something. Food was not really fresh and hot.....and way overpriced too! I will stay at my other usual places instead!

    It's an IHOP. It is what you would expect of an IHOP. Reasonably clean, casual, family friendly, prices as expected. If you are looking for an IHOP you will be satisfied.

    IHOP is one of those places whenever you go to one it is pretty consistent. This specific IHOP is just that, there are some improvements the training department could improve but that's just about anywhere you go these days. The food is what you'd expect. The tres leches pancakes are a must have in my humble opinion.
