Petrino’s Greek Restaurant

Thomas has the best Greek restaurant in the La Mesa and surrounding area. They only use fresh authentic ingredients. I loved the gyro sandwich and house fries. Also the tzatziki sauce is the best I've had from any greek restaurant. I highly recommend checking them out when you get the chance!

Can't believe I've missed this place traveling to and from the shops. Just about everything is made from scratch and you can really taste the love. We will be making our way through their menu, but not all at once lol. Well if we go as a large group that might be fun?

I tried the Greek Fries. The description said feta cheese and Greek seasonings. The feta was there and delicious. I didn't "see"or taste any spices. I added a side of gyro meat. Great decision. Tender,moist and flavorful . Served with tziki sauce. I'd order them again. Next visit I'm trying the Petrino Fries

Great place! Very fresh tasting. The cucumbers we're so crunchy and satisfying in my salad. The chicken shawarma was savory and seasoned to perfection. The hummus was great and I like how they toasted the pita which was much higher quality than just your average flat bread.

Staff was extremely friendly and genuinely pleased we came in to try their food. I was not disappointed. I had the 1/2 chicken plate with extra salad instead of rice. My wife had the gyro salad. Both were fantastic with large portions and great flavor. I will come back when I'm I'm the area.
