    I found Nonno's Italian Restaurant quite by accident a few years ago.It is hands down the best italian restaurant in all of San Diego!! The owner and his wife cook and serve. Don't let the fact that it's tucked into a little strip mall stop you. After we moved to Palm Springs we still drive back here just to have the fabulous pizza,pasta. I haven't found any place in Palm Springs and environs to compare with Nonno's. . Everything is prepared fresh daily from family recipes.Charming and quiet , it is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and go...you won't be disappointed. The sauce is unbelievable.

    Great little friendly Italian restaurant. Pizzas are Great! I'm very pleased with the gluten free pizza crust.

    Italian food, yeah, very delicious. it's so delicious. the service here is outstanding. they have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

    The place closes at 2 so get the early for lunch. Menu is smaller Addy lunch but the salads are amazing. I added shrimp to mine and that were a good size and done perfectly.

    Sweet, old fashioned place, with Sinatra and opera playing softly. Caring wait staff. Excellent food, full flavor, very traditional.
