Clam chowder: thick and tasty . Clams aren't chewy , real fresh . Potatoes are soft.

Fish and chips: batter taste real good . Fries are crispy . Tarter sauce with everything !

Fisher mans platter : scallops don't taste as fishy as other places .

Such an awesome place, inside atmosphere makes you feel like you are back in time. Pictures of stars that frequently visited, low lighting, live music of times past. Your parents and grandparents would definitely love this place, staff is so friendly, food (prime rib) is delicious not a lot of parking but you have street parking also. They have TV's and bar area, a must try for sure

Our favorites are the prime rib, pork chops, fried calamari and creamy chicken soup! Excellent food in general. They are famous for their prime rib and offer a special anniversary priced prime rib dinner every year as a "Thank you" to their customers. They have a very friendly wait staff. This is a historic restaurant that was frequented by the Hollywood elite in the 40s and 50s, and still draws crowd at dinner time due to their high quality entrees. For us, it is well worth making the 12 mile special trip.

If ever you have eaten at Red Fox restaurant which is no more. Then you will love this restaurant. It is a retro/vintage steak house. From the photos of past famous people to the foil wallpaper this restaurant is symbolic of a classy steakhouse. Very clean and organized. Their rolls are light and warm. The meat for my sandwich was flavorful and a good cut, tender and juicy. The manager was wondering the floor helping make sure your experience was good. This was old world service. I highly recommend when you want a delicious meal this is the place. It's worth the drive. They even offer the private dinning room.
