Funky Fries and Burgers

The desserts they have there are to die for, they're super good, if you're coming by yourself or for two people, you should probably get something like the Oreo shake, if you're coming as a big group or 4 you should probably try out the cinnamon shake and their chocolate shake with m&ms (forgot the name for both).
Now for their burgers...eh, it ain't the best...sure, when you're really hungry at first, you're going to think its super delicious, but you slowly come to realize that the patties are pretty thin, to the point where you can taste everything but the meat; like come on, that's sorta below a "normal" patty size, compared to in-n-out or Carl's jr or any other fast food where you can actually try their hamburger patty, and even compared to the many other hamburger joints to go to are better than these.
I'd honestly would only recommend to come here for their dessert, not for anything else...

Best burger in town hands down. We had a group of 8 and everyone was pleased with their meal and the shakes were also delicious and different! Service was fast and the place was super clean thank you

The Funky Fries and Burgers in the Bonita Mall is always a funky stop for good tatter tots covered with everything you can think of and more! The staff is very friendly and helpful with the food options/menu . They also have a ridiculously awesome milkshake bar that is worth the price. Overall, Funky Fries and Burgers is a fun experience and worth the money for the experience.

Funky fries number 3 did not disappoint! The food consistently taste fantastic in all three restaurants and finally they built one big enough to accommodate probably over a hundred and fifty people!
There's plenty of parking at Plaza Bonita and there's also and your system here where the food comes out and seven or eight minutes which is highly appreciated when you come here super hungry. Enter I ordered the pastrami Burger with tater tot fries it was large enough to share with my brother and I'm leaving 100% satisfied and full! Everyone in Chula Vista needs to give this place a try and Funk your diet for at least one day
