Pacific Coast Spirits

This is a great spot to spend some quality time with your favorite spirits. You should also try the food. Started with the tasting flight and every one was excellent. There is quite a bit of flavor profile in each of them. I especially enjoyed the immature brandy. They have a wide variety of shaken/stirred and draft drinks to choose from once you decide the spirit you'd like to have more of. Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff. Great all around Spirits. My favorites are the Unfiltered spirit and the Whiskey. During COVID-19 they have outdoor seating set up, tastefully done with six feet distancing between tables. Great Spirit company.

Cool place! Came here when shelter in place was finally over. We weren’t able to sit inside though, only the outside tables. They were setting up the parking lot with picnic tables and some plants. We got some cocktails and it was was pretty decent. They let us try the whiskey. Definitely coming back to drink and hang out!

You can taste the talent and the passion in their food and drinks. Amazing. During Covid time , their curve side pick up offers amazing meals, and drinks. They even have different family meals for every day of the week at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I love this place! I’m ashamed to admit how many old fashions I have consumed in my life time but Pacific Coast Spirits makes some of the best that I have ever enjoyed! The entire cocktail menu is great, and it is all made with their our spirits which is very cool.

The bourbon was so good that I bought bottle so could make the old fashions at home. The bourbon in the same class of all the other high end small batch bourbon I have tried, and would always rather buy from somewhere I have met the head distiller and know that they are so committed to the product.

My second visit will be this Saturday and I’m sure I’ll stay longer than I planned, as the place has such a cool vibe.
