This is a great generic sushi spot. While the food is very stereotypical American sushi fare, and overall I would rate the food as "good" rather than great, there are some things here that really made this into a 5 star review. First, the chefs at the sushi bar provided several small tidbits complimentary in addition to my order. This was incredibly generous and friendly, and set the tone for my whole visit. Second, service was fast and delightful. Finally, the price was incredible. Many rolls are actually half the listed price, and unlike many similar restaurants, this includes a huge selection of the "premium" rolls. Overall, go eat here for quick, friendly, and cheap sushi!
I've only had sushi a couple times, but this was very good. That being said, the service was okay, but not super attentive (though we were out of the way in the shop, so I don't really blame them for that). The atmosphere was alright, and I'd go again, but I would probably not go out of my way to go here.
Good sushi. Went in for lunch and had two special rolls. Good taste. Good flavor. Rolls were half off. I paid $15 for the two rolls. Fast service. Place was very clean. I would recommend this place. Right off the freeway in small shopping center.
Always a very friendly staff that's happy to help, and delicious lunch options at a reasonable price. While the parking can suck, there is a good amount of seating available; however it can fill up quick during the lunch rush. I've not been during dinners hours yet, but I imagine its a nice experience, just a little more expensive.
Really creative fun sushi with lots of sauces and toppings. Sit at the bar and the sushi chef may hand out some extras like the stuffed jalapeno for free. We loved the salad with the raw fish and the baked rolls were super. The chef we talked to was from Arizona and he'd created a surf and turf roll with steak that he broiled with a blow torch and complimented with cilantro. The only thing I would do differently, would be to order one more simple roll as they were all very rich. The presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend.
