Lettice taco shells, with spiced Bison Meat, tomatos, exotic cheese, and pickles. A small operation, run by a caterer, that shares a space with "Juneshine", Kambucha distillers. Obviously taking care of your flora and fona is important to these guys so nor a Carl's Jr. Kind a place, but fun when you are in the mood for fun.

We stopped by Enclave + JuneShine and the food at Enclave was fantastic as expected! The sandwich was amazing as was the salad/dressing to go with it. I ended up slurping up my husbands soup (went with the Vietnamese style sandwich). Yum!! My first experience with Enclave was not actually at this location. It was at home, 37 weeks pregnant. Let me explain- I found Chef Lando after obsessively searching for a postpartum meal delivery service in the San Diego area. I had to try it out before committing and the food was
/is delicious. I still think about the Golden Chai Latte that she makes as part of this package. Her food nourished me during the first few weeks postpartum and I am eternally grateful. I have plenty of milk for my baby and I do think that her food played a part of making that happen. Her food was so critical in our health and healing. Also key for me- all of it was in glass containers. I despise plastic waste!!

A unique delicious little spot alongside Juneshine in Scripps Ranch. I had the K.F.C. Korean Fried Chicken wings and Bison Tacos first. So yummy! Later I tried the Phô Dip Sandwich... that is to die for! You can taste the quality fresh ingredients in every bite. I also loved their mantra of functional foods and they offer events and classes that help you understand how foods can help and heal. Hopefully I can attend one of their events soon! Go!!!

I was excited to see someplace different close to work for my lunch. This place shares space with a brewery, Juneshine. It looks like a great place to drink and eat tasty plates while hanging out by yourself or with your friends. It has a modern space with shared tables as well as outdoor seating. I wouldn't come here just for a quick & inexpensive lunch, however. While the presentation was good, the dishes left more to be desired. I ordered roasted veggies with bechamel sauce, and Tikka taco. I appreciate the effort of not wasting any food, but hard cauliflower root pieces have no place in this dish. They are hard to chew and bitter. Tikka taco was good, as long as you can eat a flat taco since thick paratha cannot be bent. 2 dishes and $16 later I am 80% full. I am glad to have this experience and to have eaten fresh veggies. Maybe I will give it another try if friends invite me over.

Yummy, healthy food and great service! I loved hanging out in the business district after hours with plenty of parking and fabulous Kombucha!! Five stars :)
