Los Panchos Mexican Grill

Awesome! We were in SD for 3 nights, ate at Los Panchos every night. They treated us like family! Can't wait to return in 2 weeks!

Great Mexican food. Highly recommend this place.

Was in town for a wedding and needed some lunch before the ceremony. Had a couple of choices, but am so glad we ended up here. The Bitchin Cali burrito was SO GOOD! Service was outstanding, we never wanted for anything. And my friends got to watch football.

Really good Mexican food. Pretty authentic and the shrimp tostada was definitely a dish to remember. Only thing is that the music is is a bit loud. I couldn't hear people at the other end of the table

Coming from South Carolina, I was here to try something closer to authentic Mexican than I can find at home. This place did not disappoint, though I wasn’t blown away. I had a specialty taco, which had an amazing blend of heat and sweetness and 2 enchiladas recommended by the server. Overall, I was happily satisfied.
I also asked for a house specialty drink from the bartender and was a little disappointed when he recommended a margarita. Halfway through, I was convinced it was flavored water. When I was finished, before eating, I had doubts about my ability to walk. And I’m not a small guy that never drinks. Again, pretty satisfied, but not blown away.

I would highly recommend for anyone visiting as it’s not a purely tourist place. In fact, it seemed more of a dive bar, without the typical table top carvings.
