Eco Catering is AMAZING!!!. Jessica and Nick were a dream to work with. From the initial tasting to the night of the wedding, the food was fantastic. Nick explained the dishes at our tasting and helped us make our final food decisions. Jessica made sure each detail was taken care of and that our guests wouldn’t be disappointed. I had my concerns that this quality & taste could not be replicated on a mass level (160 wedding guests). But they came through on all levels and EVERYONE was raving about the awesome food. So many people commented on the quality and taste of all the dishes. I’d highly recommend these guys to cater your event.
Eco Caters was one of our FAVORITE wedding vendors. Everyone knows choosing your caterer is a large part of the wedding budget and that food is one of the larger parts of the guests' experience. So I was very, very picky when deciding on a caterer and was down to a couple favorites. However, when it came down to it, I chose Eco Caters because I absolutely love their food options and the fact that they're eco-friendly, organic, and overall a fresh, eclectic vibe. In addition to that, I really enjoyed working with Janee and Jessica. Part of what sealed the deal in terms of choosing them was heading to Ocean Beach to do a tasting, where I met the head chef and his wife, who run the business. They were super professional, and displayed that they had a great level of experience doing exactly what we were asking for. Their flexibility with the menu was HUGE for us, and allowed us to save here and there, which made a big difference for us and our budget. They did a great job with the bartending and making our specialty drink. I actually had a couple guests tell me they loved the bartenders themselves. That was a HUGE bonus because when employees are clearly happy doing what they are doing, even though it is hard work, that vibe reflects onto the wedding day experience, so I was happy to hear that bartenders/servers seemed pleasant and not just trying to get through the night ;). We also chose to have Jessica/Eco manage our rentals as well - which was a life saver. Jessica did a walk through of where we were getting married (San Diego Botanic Gardens) so that we could determine what was needed. I loved that she took the lead in telling me what was most common to do, what I didn't need, etc. The day went very smoothly, and guests raved about the food. I wish they had a restaurant so we could relive our wedding day tastes again. Thank you so much, Eco Caters!
Eco Caters helped us have a perfect wedding day. There prices were reasonable for the high quality, their communication leading up to our big day was excellent, and they were attentive and accommodating during the dinner. But, the food is what really impressed us. Very few of our guests were Vegan/Veg, but everyone was blown away by the quality and by how great the food was!
I am beyond a fan of Eco Caters. We are a non-profit and host monthly events for our members. We are dependent on sponsors but we always recommend Eco Caters to cater our networking hour before our events. They are always professional, the staff is fun to work with, the food is amazing, the portions are generous and the table set-up is always appealing.
Our office has had a couple lunches catered by Eco Caters and both times the food was amazing. So delicious and the chefs are super friendly.
