It's a good place if you like grilled cheese sandwiches! They have a grilled PB&J that is amazing!!! Who would have thought it would be good grilled, but it is!!! There is also a grilled nutella one!! They use sourdough bread for most things, BUT you can request several different kinds of breads, the sandwich is pretty big. I also had the grilled carnivore, it's like a burger with cheese basically, it was ok, the burger could have been more flavored, BUT they have actual burgers too; the other one I've tried is the avocado grilled cheese, it was delicious, has bacon on it, just like a BLT!!! I would probably get that one more than any of the others. They have other things to eat, pretty much anything with cheese, lol, mac&cheese (which is also good), tomato soup (good), fries, fries w cheese and they have salads. The employees were friendly, its smallish inside, but places to sit inside and outside. The decor is cute, little cheese graters hanging from the ceiling. Definitely read the whole menu before you decide, there are a lot of choices. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for a sandwich, soup or salad that's quick, easy and pretty tasty!! BTW, you can order online and pick it up to skip any lines and they cater.

I was a bit disappointed, from the other reviews I was expecting a sit down restaurant experience vice a more fast food type service. The cashier wasn’t super helpful, but she was polite, you order and pay as soon as you walk in. When you pay on the credit card machine it asks about a tip, having been a server in the service industry that’s important to me. I tip two bucks on my $10.00 meal, expecting they’re going to bring it out to me and what not. Nope. You get a buzzer and pick up your own food, you take your own dishes to the trash, and the cashier didn’t even hand me my drink cup, I had to go back up to the cash register and when I asked for it, she was like they are right there... Really??? I’m not exactly sure what I’m tipping if they don’t actually provide you any service.
The sandwich was pretty tasty. I added ham and they did skimp on that, there wasn’t even enough to cover the whole sandwich, but otherwise it tasted really good.
Maybe it’s because my expectations were already set for a restaurant, but the limited drink options and lack of service are what drove me to give this a lower score, if it hadn’t been for a pretty good sandwich it would have been one star.

I got the Philly and it was good. A little lacking in flavor but still a good sandwich. $11.95 for a sandwich is still hard for me to swallow. Especially for a sandwich that is on the small side. I know that is becoming a normal price but I still think a sandwich should be under $10. My friend got the Chicago and liked it as well.

I would eat here again for sure. I might not go out of my way to get there but there were a couple more sandwiches on the menu I wanted to try.

The food was good. It was not as fantastic as I was hoping for. I heard and read good reviews, but 2 sandwiches and one beer was almost $40. For that price, I feel they could have been better. The food was good, just not great.

The service, on the other hand, was perfect. I only saw 2 people but they ran the place smoothly and kept a friendly, helpful demeanor the whole time. I wish I had gotten the names of the gentlemen who were working.
