    Poor crust is undercooked and tastes bready.

    Sauce is sweetened. A no no.

    Sauce tastes more like a marinara (might be precooked, another no no)

    Plain sauce has garlic.. not a sin but rarely done in true pizzarias, unless requested.

    Too much cheese is a novice mistake or marketing ploy to impress gullible customers.. good pizza is balance of sauce to cheese ratio. Sauce should be visible through cheese layer... Not hidden.

    Summary: meh!

    Close, but no cigar.

    Pizza was undercooked for crust. Crust tasted breadie. Too much cheese in proportion to sauce.

    Sauce with sweetened with garlic and precooked, which is a No-No according to Pizza Purists..
