Sabuku Sushi

Love this place we found when our outdoor plans got canceled by the rain!The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and they encourage you to make changes to any order! Great place for a first date or just a sushi night.

Really Friendly owner or manger. Creative sushi. Love the bowls. Our waitress was amazing. And I I liked the iPads for the most part (the tutorial of how to use was not needed, but it was funny)

The food was excellent. Even though we hadn't been there for some time, we were remembered and greeted with friendly smiles, and a warm welcome. Elizabeth was a great server. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and she was beyond patient with us as we navigated their electronic menu for the first time. Which, by the way, is COOL. You get to see a picture of every item on the menu.????
We asked for a 'Chef's Coice' sushi roll.... And it ROCKED. Such deliciousness!

Sabuku is amazing! It could be called Uncle Bob’s Sushi, and I would still eat there when I wanted sushi. The menu has some of the standard rolls, but the special rolls and appetizers are like some Mad Hatter sushi dream. I’ve never been more pleased and surprised to have sushi nachos in a restaurant I mistakenly thought was going to have a traditional-style menu. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Sabuku has always been one of my favorite sushi places in town. Sadly I don't work in this neighborhood anymore. Today I made a point of going back over to Sabuku for lunch, and I loved it. Their Mellow Yellow roll is one of the sushi rolls I crave the most.
