Such a fun creative environment in every detail from the decor to the drink menu. I had a blast here for my birthday celebration. We had jello shots and 'merica mules while sitting inside an actual trailer. The DJ played requests along with fun music the whole place was singing and dancing along to and he gave all the birthday people shout outs. This is definitely one of the most fun places to go downtown.
Fun little bar, the theme runs all over, including clever names for drinks and food. Decor brought you right to a redneck backyard BBQ feel. Old English in paper bags, lots of photo opts. Gave it 3 stars because of the prices. I could see it if it had dancing or something of an entertainment focus, but it felt more like a local bar or restaurant with club priced drinks. Bartender was amazing and busy, drinks were good.
This is such a FUN venue! I was in town for a conference, and our group had a party here one night. The setup of this place is is wonderfully kitschy, complete with plastic covered furniture, leg lamp, pull behind trailers, and wheelbarrow seating. We had a great time taking pictures, exploring the “sets” and just hanging out. Be sure to check the china cabinet and bathroom medicine cabinet for a laugh. The bartenders and staff were great, food delicious, and atmosphere relaxed. This was an awesome little redneck resort right in the heart of San Diego.
What a fun place!!!!! Local friends took us to this spot, they kept giggling which made us a bit weary but HOW FUN! The theme was great, the crowd was not trashy :) and you know it's a place to be when it's packed, everyone is still having a great time.
One of those unique places you want to definitely try when you're in the area.
Overall it was a fun place. Great service and food. Really enjoyed the music. The one negative is that the music was a little too loud. Can't really have a conversation with people without repeating and yelling. But it's different and fun.
