    Very attentive staff. The broth was very good. Must try the fermented chilli sauce.

    QTP has a fun hot pot experience. You get a small gas grill in wooden frame with a large metal bowl of broth to put your noodles, meat/ seafood, mushrooms, veg or whatever else you order. Order a combo bowl, or individual items, and choose the spice level for your broth. They also have very tasty skewers -- I tried the beef -- and had a big bowl of very spicy broth ($2), egg noodles, sweet potato noodles.

    Best Hot Pot in town with options mild med or spicy broth. Broth is made fresh daily. Have always ordered trays of wings for parties and those are always a hit.
