Pho Kitchen

Fantastic, been wanting to try this for myself after hearing mixed reviews. The service and staff we're great. Friendly and attentive - water was kept topped off without having to ask.

We came mid week at 1130 and we're luckily able to get a table for 5 right away, after that the place started filling up however not to the point that people were waiting outside.

We shared egg rolls and spring rolls, both served with respective dipping sauce (lettuce with the egg rolls). Great for sharing! Both traditional and fresh! Spring rolls were nice and soft, ingredients were all in the right place for a home made taste.

We also tried the Pho (P2) and Pho Bo Kho (P6) - i'm generally picky about the broth needing to be balanced, not to rich and definitely not bland. For both of them, they were really spot on! I would recommend this place to friends as i think it was that good and IMO authentic.

The food was tasty and the service was quick and pleasant. Will definitely go back again.
