We're on our third year here. It's quiet, all new appliances, awesome maintenance when you need it, modern gym, and everyone you desk with is friendly and helpful. We enjoy living here - you will too!

This building offers amenities galore, is always clean, and is well-situated. My favorite perks are the free classes and outdoor movies. I absolutely loved the Terrarium Workshop, and the Cooking Class might just turn me into a chef. I've always looked forward to the outdoor movies and snacks that have been offered throughout the summer as well. I have great neighbors and hope the property will keep all the excellent classes coming for us to mingle and have fun!

Update: Loved another great workshop last night! The Wine and Paint event was awesome. Can't believe residents enjoy these events for free! Would love to see workshops for Canvas Totes and Candle-Making this holiday season as well as weekday early morning gym classes. Thanks TGH!

I recently moved in a couple of months ago from another Garden Communities property. We first met with Haley in the leasing office, and she made the leasing process easier than I've ever dealt with. She was extremely professional, both in person and email, and got us all the information we needed quickly and efficiently.

The complex is beautiful. Amazing amenities. Parking garage with a spot right next to the elevator. No obnoxious large speed bumps. Plenty of guest parking.

This apartment complex is the best quality that you are gonna get as close to the water as this is.

Perfect location for me, close to north county, La Jolla, Downtown 20 minute drive no traffic.

Only 1 month in, but I'd recommend this place to anyone from my experience so far. I'm hoping the re-leasing process will be fair, as I could see myself living here for a long time.

Good to go food options. Kitchen is a bit slow, but their avocado toast is awesome. Healthy grab and go options too. Kinda hard to find in an apartment complex.
