Sushi Lounge Point Loma

Sunday evening was slow, we were seated right away. It was cold and we decided to sit inside. Our server was very helpful and outgoing. She recommended a few dishes and they were all delicious. The Chuck Norris roll was delicious and so were the shrimp dumplings. They have outside bar and dining section as well.

Love this place! Very very good sushi at a good price. Tonight's sushi was exceptional fresh!

Monday evenings are 1/2 price on selected sushi rolls. The rolls were fresh and unique. Service was a little slow but that was due to a large group. Smallish parking lot but lots of free street parking.

In town on work travel and had an opportunity to have a late lunch at Sushi Lounge on Rosecrans. It was a nice 60 degree day (compared to snowing in MD) so my co-worker and I decided to sit at their outside bar. I ordered a bento box and it was great! Very fresh ingredients and the portions were huge! Although I only ordered lemonade the bartender was very friendly and conversational. I wouldn't mind coming back and trying dinner on the inside to get a full feel of the place.

Fantastic happy hour here. The sushi is great, and the staff is very friendly. The value is fantastic. Only issue is kind of minor in that the wait staff tends to disappear after you order and refills and the final check can be tough to get a hold of.
