One of my top spots for delicious BBQ. I can say this place does it for me. The bill won't break you. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
If you are driving from Las Vegas to San Diego, you have to make a pit stop at Iron Pig Alehouse. This place felt like the Wild Wild West, it was very cool.
We drove up to this old Saloon, in the middle of the desert. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. People also seem to have personal whiskey barrels here.
I rarely am in the mood for BBQ but I think this place just became one of my favorite restaurants. Atmosphere is very clean and staff is great, I came in expecting to just get a pulled pork sandwich but the IPA nachos sounded good and was torn. The waitress suggested I use pulled pork as the meat for the nachos and oh my god was it amazing. Wish I had grabbed the waitress’ name for this post because her service and suggestion were awesome. As someone who doesn’t get bbq or nachos often at all, bringing those together made one of my favorite meals I’ve had and definitely the most enjoyable from a bbq joint. Stoked to try more from the menu.
Food was amazing!! This was my 1st time being here but the staff was attentive, super quick if you go on a Saturday at noon and I highly recommend the beet salad with smoked chicken if watching your calories and the sampler if you want to try it all. Definitely want to go back
