It is very good option and cheap compared to other all you can eat.
It has health food like salads and soups, breads, pizza, desserts and a big variety of drinks.
I believe is the best option you really eat a lot, and I mean like for example an athlete.
Other wise you can find some nice spots with specific food that worth more your money.

This is a great place for brunch, and offers a buffet with more options than you can try at one time, all at a very reasonable price. The menu includes a selection of salads, soups, pastas, breads, soft drinks and desserts. All items are completely vegetarian and mostly healthy and light. The breads are all freshly baked. However the salads and pastas could be better, and don't feel fresh enough.
I particularly liked the cream of mushroom soup and clam chowder.
Brownies taste good and even better with the ice cream, though the ice cream is slightly coarse and icy.

This place is vegetarian and vegan friendly buffet, but they do offer a good amount of carnivorous options. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all great options here. They offer some exceptionally tasty seasonal recipes it may be a soup, or salad option, or even a dessert option either way someone in your party will be happy, as will you. They offer backed potatoes with all the sides they even have sweet potatoes if you like those. There are premade salads as well as salads that you can assemble yourself; the toppings for salad as varied and plenty. You can make a simple salad or a complex, super healthy salad. There are 10+ dressings to choose from as well as oils and vinegars. One of the reasons I am giving this a four star review and not a five is because, you cannot get a sandwich here. It really throws off the soup, salad, and sandwich combo many people enjoy. The other reason is because of the price. For one person the price is not bad, but if you have an average or large family it's going to cost you somewhere in the $25-$30.00 range depending on how many people are in your party. They they do offer a military discount and you can find coupons online or in the mail. Seating is decent, if you need assistance one of the employees will help if you need it. If you have a baby they do offer a rolling chair you can strap your infant into. High chairs are available upon request. The parking here is ample and there is handicap parking on site. I do recommend this place and will come back again and again.

I love the idea of this place. The salad ???? choices are good and there seems to be everything you could think or want to put on your salad. The bread is good also I just wish their soup wasn't SO SALTY!! ???? I tried 3 different soups and couldn't finish ANY of them! ???? I hope they see this review and address that issue. The atmosphere is great. Pretty calm and those that work there seem pleasant enough.
