Mitch's is the best food I had during my week stay in San Diego, hands down. Everything here is good: fish and chips, poke, fish sandwich, fish tacos (fried is the best), and the oysters. It's right on the marina so the setting couldn't be better on a nice day. They even have a really unique beer selection here. Highly, highly recommend if seafood is your thing.

Perennial favorite, I recommend the crab legs and pretty much any of the fresh fish items. My only area of improvement would be to get some of those fancy plastic wine glasses although the clear plastic solo cup does bring some Toby Keith authenticity and the taco tortilla always seems a bit too much bread and/or too dry. Not sure how to improve that, but I still wouldn’t miss this if visiting San Diego or not wanting something stuffy and pretentious.

Fresh seafood is always good! Mitch's is great with all the types of ways to get fresh fish. Salads, tacos and plate dinners. Very busy place. Expect a wait! Well worth it!!

Got the the fried fish platter and crab poutine. The food was very tasty and fresh. The place gets crowded and can be hard to get a seat if it's raining. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I took one star off because my fried platter was missing my crab cake. I suggest the crab avocado toast as well, super tasty and they pile the crab on.

This was just recommended to me after I told someone that I was recently at Point Loma Seafood and was a little disappointed. I had a Shrimp and a Calamari Taco with Fries today. Beautiful location and pretty clean. This place gets really busy so maybe an early lunch would be perfect! Food was good too. I will be back to sample more of their menu.
