Eppig Brewing Waterfront Biergarten

We thought the beers were good. We tried a couple each and enjoyed them. This is a great spot for a brewery right on the marina. Sit outside and raw dog the open air, watch the boats and enjoy a nice pint.

Loved this brewery, right across from the marina and some restaurants. Eppig is military-friendly and provided a small discount on Veteran's Day. The location is also dog-friendly and allowed throughout the premise. There was good music, good vibes, and the bartenders are attentive and quick. They also gave my pup a free cookie! We easily stayed 2-3 hours just drinking and chatting with people sitting around us. Definitely check this location out if you're in the area!

Loved the location and setup… The beer was I purchased was the Try This and it was ok. However I would definitely be going back next time I’m in SD area to try more of their beers. Very clean and good customer service.

What a lovely surprise! I came here for a yoga event (with core power yoga) which came with a beer after. My 5 stars isn't from the yoga high. We tried many beers and wow!! The beer is tasty but view even better! It was quite a busy Saturday but I love how open this place is. There were dogs everywhere.. so very dog friendly. The lemonade sour beer isn't very sour and fairly sweet. Not exactly my cup of tea but perfect for someone who doesn't love beer and usually drinks a Seltzer or cocktail! This is going to be my new go to spot for after picking friends/family up at airport.. eppig brewery then a walk to Mitches?! You can't go wrong!

Last stop on our Escondido San Diego beer trip was Eppig Brewing on the waterfront. Straight up, their beers were the best we had so far. Their traditional German Brewing Techniques creates some of the best beers you'll have. My favorites were their Octoberfest and Dry Rice Lagers. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the place in general is visually awesome. Right off the waterfront, next to all the boats docked in the harbor. This place is an absolute MUST visit.
