Blue Fire Bliss Mexican Food Truck/Stand

Heard about this place on social media and had been wanting to check it out for some time. Super easy to find, plenty of parking, there's really nowhere to put your food down and eat so either ask for it to go or eat in your car old school taco stand style. The tacos are FILLED with meat. I had the carne asada tacos and could barely find the tortillas from the amount of meat! The meat is not salty or fatty...They load you up on the good cuts of meat. Guacamole is good too and their red salsa was really good. It had a nice kick to it and was not acidic like other salsas so no heartburn post indulging! 😂 Their aguas frescas are also good and a great portion. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get. They have a pretty good menu as well with mulitas, hot dogs, fries/nachos, and a few other things. They take cards which makes purchases super easy. I'll be going back to try a few other items on their menu. PS, the people working this stand are super nice and service is quick!

You need to get there early or they'll be gone before you know it will be there till 9 or until supplies run out I guess, pretty bomb food found them before their ride to fame thru TikTok quality has not dwindled at all since then either very good and kind people

5 Stars. Had one of each of the street tacos. Excellent flavor. Perfect temperature. Tortillas crisped up perfectly. 10 out of 10.

After seeing this man on tik tok I decided to drive over and I rate his tacos 10 out of 10. I highly recommend the tacos de birria! They remind me of tj tacos de birria Iykyk the carne asada fríes are great as well

Simply delicious!
The chicken tacos we bought tasted great. A good amount of chicken, pico de gallo, cilantro, salsa (their green one is delicious, btw).

The owner always had a smile on his face, was very energetic and polite, and transmitted his energy to others. I liked the vibe here.

We're definitely coming back. This will be our new place to go for food at night!!
