Himalayan Palace - Indian Restaurant

Apparently they have multiple locations with similar names. We received a $10 discount in the mail so we decided to give it a try. Nice decor, good service. Malai Kofta and Korma were creamy and tasty. Aloo Gobi is tricky to do, few places prepare this dish so good you won't believe it is cauliflower. However this one was just meh. Naan was tasty it had some herb in it. The rice was just plain, nothing to rave about (other location served us yellow rice). We also received complementary soup which is nice.

Awsome healthy food..what a gem to find in San Diego...prices very reasonable ...tried the Taj Lager beer it was excellent..the food and aromas are very addictive..staff super friendly...my dear friends and travelers..I wish an awsome start of the weekend..get out of hibernation and eat healthy and have lot's of fun in sunny paradise San Diego

Best Indian buffet that we have found so far in San Diego area. Very high quality food, freshly prepared in a pleasant and clean setting. If you are an Aficionado of Indian buffets, you'll understand. Very good food, very nice at The Point Loma location. Price is very reasonable and good selection of dishes at Buffet. Looking forward to a return to try out Nepalese items on the dinner menu. Very familiar with Indian and Nepalese food by way of places we've lived worked and traveled.

Excellent overall experience! An unexpected and free bowl of soup to start with. The cheese naan is amazing! The flavors are authentic and we had trouble finishing the good sized portions. Very clean bathrooms and friendly service.

Love the lunch buffet here! Recipes are authentic and on point.
