Krisp Beverages + Natural Foods

I've been in Ocean Beach for two weeks and haven't had a good meal yet. I gave up on restaurants and surrendered to the grocery store Krisp. There I have found the only good meal during my stay! The smash burger is unbelievable! Delicious, satisfying, not greasy but melt in your mouth. The bun and cheese are awesome. Amazing natural cut shoestring fries which occupy first place on my personal fry scale. The rest of the store is good too but you don't want to miss this burger. Way better than the "famous" burger place on the same stretch which is over rated imo.

Nice store however and even the cashier/owner Danny was helpful as well but I will elaborate on two points that I’ve witnessed, one most of the items are expired or mislabeling; you buy something five dollars and it’s eight dollars not important but the main thing that really hurts me I’ve asked him about the orange juice and I specifically told him is it real is it new is it organic, Danny specifically told me it’s handmade healthy it’s the best you can have and I’ve also compared his juice to El Cajon Chaldean owner as well he said no mine is better and long behold we’ve tried at home and we got sick was very old very bitter and it had a really really bad smell. Lost my dollars and he lost my trust and I would never do business with again.

Best local grocery market ever in OB. I shop here. No need to go anywhere else. They have the finest cuts of steak and liquors and desserts. There's even a focus on healthy living it seems. Live local, shop local! Years later my opinion of Krisp has only improved!

Step over three passed out homeless men only to find the fourth one is high and aggressive because the City won’t take care of the problem to the detriment of its residents? Well, pop into Krisp, the best grocery store in OB! Fresh veggies, cuts of meat, and the absolute best homemade guacamole! Quick check out, helpful meat counter… this place is great!!!

LOVE this place! I came in looking for quick grab- and- go snacks for the beach. There is so many options to choose from, they have a great vegan section. I love the staff there, a cashier with a bow and lots of tattoos was very bubbly, friendly, helpful and fast with our check out. I'm very satisfied with what the new owners have done. 10/10 would recommend 👌
