    Always love this place. Fresh and a good value. If I had one wish that would be that it be organic. I'd pay more for that.

    second or third review... I cannot stop raving about this place. This place has the best smoothies (way better than Jamba juice or the other spot next to F45). Easy location between both gyms on University ave, try their Spinach wrap, and lentil soup.. the menu here is huge, and servea every healthy junkie needs existing. Clean and well maintained front room, with an open kitchen area. Try their detox challenge, and the choco monkey smoothie

    Hands down, BEST SMOOTHIE SHOP IN TOWN, AND POSSIBLY ALL OF USA. PSA - please go and experience the smoothies, the food, the juices and the bowls. Choco Monkey FTW, and any and all smoothies will be wonderful. This place has plenty of seating, and conveniently located near F45 gym. 10/10 would recommend for a quick bite
