Nishiki Ramen

This is a new location for an excellent Ramen house! Nishiki is known for flavorful Ramen, and also spicy ramen up to the level of stupid-hot stunt food, all executed with care.
The Mira Mesa location, at this writing in late April/early May 2022, is in "soft-opening". Operators of this franchise location just bought it out from a Chinese place that went under and are running the restaurant on a limited menu with limited hours for a few weeks before they shut it back down to refurbish, repaint and beautify the location.
So right now, it's a limited menu but includes the basics and the classics.
They are very friendly, stoked to have you in their store, and working hard to ensure they produce up to the level of standards for a Nishiki Ramen.
Parking in this location can be tricky, but there is another lot " behind it", one driveway away and which always has spaces. You can walk around either the west or east side of the building to get to Nishiki if you need to use the secret parking.
