This restaurant opened where there was a ramen spot, but we went ahead an ordered here anyways. I got the "Korean ramen" and am very dissatisfied. It was literally just instant noodles. Two stars because it didn't give me food poisoning. My friend got the chicken itself and seemed pretty happy, but I'll let him leave his own review.
Edit: a year since and I've become more educated! I believe this is a specific style of instant noodle dish that is actually Korean, and it was me who was uninformed/uneducated and expecting something way different, which is no fault of the restaurant. Therefore, I am changing my review.
My wife and I had a very delightful experience with different kind of fry chicken. So we try out two different favors
Sweet and spicy 🌶 chicken wings Mild I recommend unless you like more spicy which don’t recommend lol 😂 Then we try the golden wings which is a little different and actually taste like top Ramen 🍜 noodles however it’s little bit salty for my taste anyways I Definitely recommend this place to try out. 👍🏽
Really good experience not many vegetarian options but other than that chicken smelled amazing. Fries, fried rice, and cheese balls were delicious. Overall I recommend coming here especially if we go to the college here good place to hang out and eat.
I usually order online and my food doesn't take any longer than a 20 minute wait. I'm in and out very quickly. Their (spicy) level is just mild to me, but their insanity level is stupidly hot! I would say that this place is #2 when it comes to Korean chicken in San Diego, only because there isn't a huge selection of sauces. But they do a great job at making the flavors that they do have. It's pretty expensive, but definitely worth the money. I keep coming back. I'm looking forward to this business expanding and I hope they continue their same great level of quality at their other branches.
