(December 14, 2019, 5:34 am)We waited and waited for our drink. Five or six drinks later I asked the barista why our drink never came out! She uninterestedly responded with oh I guess it never printed. Another barista named ERIC intervened and made the drink promptly. I recommend this Starbucks SOLELY on the excellent customer service provided by Eric.
