True Food Kitchen

I celebrated my graduation last night in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a great evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for that happy event. The crew helped in a graceful way, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were extremely delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

Had I not known and loved the concept behind the delicious food at True Food Kitchen, we would have walked away from the hostess desk without being seated. Maybe it was an off-day, but the young red-haired hostess with curly hair and glasses could not have been ruder! And we came in smiling and friendly... not combative or looking for surly arrogance. Our waitress was fabulous, and the Charred Cauliflower, Chopped Salad, and Grilled Salmon were excellent! The Sparkling Antioxidant Tea was the perfect beverage for the meal. Hats off, True Foods Kitchen!!

This place is very much recommended for people looking for something different & vegetarion food. Menu offers wide variety of options, you never get bored even if going frequently.

The best part is : their menu has a lot of seasonal items, which keep on changing from time to time.
Their dishes are full of creativity, taste and healthiness. Don't have pictures of all the dishes except the Butternut squash Pizza.

A lot of Vegan and Gluten free options !!

The menu is so varied that you could find something new every visit. Everything they do tastes great and the service is lovely. It's a bit expensive for lunch, but worth it for a treat once in a while. Their house made drinks are always exciting. I had the ice cream once, not knowing it was vegan and loved it. I was shocked when I discovered no animal milk was involved. Don't let that scare you off if you're an omnivore, they have great meaty choices, too.

Beautiful and modern restaurant with a full bar area. A variety of dishes are on offer and much of it fresh and natural. Lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan choices. Staff are friendly and helpful with fast service from the open kitchen.
