    First time at Amalfi! We had a pleasant meal, the food was delicious! We had the weekly specials. The view of the lake is beautiful. The parking is limited so you may be a few minutes looking for parking. But overall great experience! The ambiance is nice and laid back. Will definitely be back!

    If you haven't been to Amalfi you're literally doing yourself a disservice. This place is incredible, from the top notch service, to the amazing views of Lake San Marcos. But let's not forget the food. The food in my mind could not be any tastier or well put together. Last night I had a Truffle pasta that was just perfect. I saved a little room and had the Tiramisu for dessert. Died and went to heaven. Seriously, you need to check this place out.

    The atmosphere is livelier than you might expect when you walk in but The food is the star here, great wine, cocktails and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. In fact, I've gotten so used to overpriced mediocrity as the norm, Amalfi Cucina is a refreshing change. Will definitely return next time we are in San Diego.

    What an amazing experience, the pairing suggestions from our server Ege were 100% spot on. Italian food is a common experience in my life but I can’t remember the last time I took a bite from a dish and had to close my eyes to savor the entire experience. The chef and staff were the most accommodating staff we’ve had in a long time. We look forward to returning on our next trip to San Diego. 1,000,000% would recommend!

    Place is under new ownership since I was last here.

    Service - The service is amazing as one of the partners here is very active and such a good guy making recommendations.

    Food - Everything is perfectly cooked, taste is at its fullest, fresh made food.

    Drinks - We got Comped a champagne glass courtesy of the partner and it was delicious. Not a typical glass of champagne but it is a special Italian bottle.

    Prices - Fair prices for the type of establishment.

    Decor - Inside and outside have beautiful views and the place is very well kept up.

    Will be coming back and highly recommend it.
