    My favorite are the chicken green Chile very delicious

    These tamales are the best. I don't live in Spring Valley but still make the drive to go there. One word of advice is that you should call them to make sure she hasn't run out of of the specific tamales you want.

    The best I had, the masa is so good I put butter on and eat like corn bread . No matter the filing its all good!!!!
