    Rafa's was just as delicious as it was 10 years ago when I lived in spring Valley.

    For fast Mexican food prices are fair and the food is great.

    Pretty good place. Although sometimes depending on who's working, the food tastes different. I ordered some chilaquiles the first time I went and they were good. Not spicy at all. The second time i ordered them they were really spicy. Some consistency would be kinda nice, but over all, the food here is great and everyone is really nice (:
