    A small and unique little joint oozing with ambience and personality. The staff were all incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly, not to mention the head chef and owner who is unbelievably passionate about food and the restaurant. We sampled the 8 piece taster menu and the recommended Sake - all utterly delicious and fresh.

    The chef's table is also a treat as it allows you to watch the food being prepared and have a good natter with the owner

    I had their Masuta Omakase, and was very pleased. Amy was our server and she charmed us all evening with her great quirky personality and amazing sake knowledge. The food quality was outstanding, and the chef's seasonings and codes were all very interesting and different. He really brought out the fish quality out, and found ways to highlight the subtle nuances of Japanese seasonings

    This place was totally amazing. At first we were a bit skeptical about the credit card hold for the reservation, but once you get in there you'll see why it is well worth it. Super knowledgeable staff that checks up on you just enough to not be overwhelming. 100% A+
