Aux Delices

Took a friend who was visiting from out of town here for dinner. We had zero wait time even though we didn't have a reservation.
The servers were very friendly and the dishes my friend and I got were really yummy. He got the fried rice with grilled pork, while I got one of the beef noodle dishes.
The ambience is also pretty neat.

I really enjoyed my meal at Aux Delices. We had Shaking Beef and Garlic noodles preceded by a an appetizer of Imperial Rolls. They brought plenty of water refills, and our waitress was very attentive. I’m sure I will return again to enjoy other menu items.

We ate at Aux Delices every week for many years, and whenever someone was in town we always took them there. Great and reliable food, well made and healthy for reasonable prices, great attentive and friendly service, charming atmosphere. Everything consistently wonderful, lunch and dinner, and by now we’ve eaten it all. That said, I’m personally quite partial to the salads and the caramelized salmon. But it’s all good and the staff are kind and thoughtful.

The food is a notch above decent. Fried spring rolls were really good, and the curry beef as well. The service is odd - checking frequently if we were finished despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. The menu is HUGE without any form of guidance on recommended dishes - you kinda just gotta know about Vietnamese food.

Prices are very fair.
