Green Island Restaurant

The staff here are nice and the food that I've tried are pretty yummy, although I only have a few that I usually get. I like their hot and sour soup, it's a little on the spicy side which is perfect for cold days or days you are a little under the weather. Their westlake beef soup is pretty good also, but not as much cilantro as I'd want it to have. I also like their chinese broccoli with chicken over rice, the flavor isn't too salty and it's not too bad on the price.

Asian food is always tastes good (with a few exceptions) but this place is excellent! Normal price point, exceptional food! Their clay pot rice is made so perfect that the "rice crisps" on the bottom come off in whole pieces! It is rare to find a place that makes clay pot rices so beautifully, it takes real talent and skill to achieve.

Food is amazing at this place. Good quality and portions are generous. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth going back if we are visiting San Francisco again in the future.

Awesome local ramen shop with delicious pork. It literally melts in your mouth. The house dumplings were also full of flavor and surprisingly light. I'd highly recommend trying this place out.
