We went around 11:30 and there was a long line. We waited for about 30 minutes and it was definitely worth it. Everything inside was delicious. I got the croissant, (they were out of the ham amd cheese one), and several other pastries. We were there when they had pastries for the Lunar New Year. They were all delicious and looked very impressive.

I will come back to get that ham and cheese croissant.

I mean... How can you not LOVE b? This is probably my favorite patisserie in SF hands down. The pastries are wonderfully laminated, the combinations are varied, inventive, and fresh, and the flavors are well balanced. Throw in a great coffee and I just can't imagine having a better Saturday morning. You just gotta go early because it can get crazy pretty quickly. Usually if you're there before nine, you'll be fine. But that can change on a dime.

Delicious coffee, delectable pastries and sandwiches that make your mouth water! What more could you ask for?

The lines can get long but it moves quickly and if you want to eat for here just send one person to find a table while you wait.

Great pastries, great coffee and great vibes. Lots of seats in door and out door. The bake goods are fresh and the croissant are flaky with lots of layers. I wish they use higher quality chocolate. The bake good are really good but not Tartine good. Great place to hangout!

Absolutely the best bakery in the city, can't beat this 2018 James Beard award winner! So many varieties of goods, everything is immaculately delicious. Cakes are refined and complex in technique, exquisite taste. Croissants are buttery, flaky and slightly crunchy on the outside. Everything is wonderful here; the line moves quickly because they are well staffed.
