Not sure how they're rated so low.
This place is always busy.
The PhoGA (Chicken Pho) is consistent. Love getting the complementary peppers and lime. This is one place that I have to drink all the soup.
Northern Style at its finest. Eat your pho with red chilis for an authentic experience. The noodles are flatter and a bit wider, and the broth and is savory and delicious.
Good food, and the wait is small. However, it can be really noisy inside, and customer care isn't great.
First time I went, they had no problem spkitting the check. Second time, they claimed they couldn't split the check, without the manager (they said they didn't know how to do it). I asked for the manager to come split the check in the machine (since neither of us has cash), and they refused to call the manager, and claimed that they couldn't split the check on their machine. I don't know what's true, but given the fact their story changed and the manager never came - someone wasn't being truthful, and especially wasn't helpful.
Got the #1 and absolutely loved it. The meats are delectable and tasty, the broth rich and full of yummy goodness. Really enjoyed the slight variation of the Hanoi style. I've also tried the vermacelli bowl which came with too much lettuce and not enough everything else, however, the imperial rolls were delicious. Will be back!
I liked the number 5, but my wife and daughter felt their choices weren't particularly tasty or a little too salty. Service was fast, though. We spent $45 for the 3 of us, because we also ordered a sticky rice side dish. That was a mistake, as the sticky rice with chicken strips was rather bland and could've been helped with a dose of oyster sauce. We're not likely to go back.
