If you've lived in San Francisco a bit then you'll probably remember this as the spot where Nova used to be located. If you're OG, then you will recall that this used to be Infusion. Now, it's called Lord George. I came here on a Saturday at 5:30pm as I was early for a 6pm appointment. I was going to 21st Amendment but there were no bar seats available. I've been meaning to check out this spot so in I went. They had a college ball game on the TV. It was also happy hour and they had several oysters for $1 each. The bartender was quick and helpful. I ordered a Pim's Cup which came garnished with cucumber slices, lemon and a spring of mint. It was $15 including tip. I will have to come back and check out their happy hour menu next time. I suspect that it'll be crowded during a Giants game as well but that would be the same for any decent bar within a 3 block radius of the ballpark.
The food and drinks were great, service was awesome. Will absolutely come again
Good place for cocktails, beer or glass of wine. Food is lacking a bit, but good for a snack of fries or charcuterie or cheese board. Lots of tech people hanging out for happy hour or after work.
Went here before the Padres vs Giants game to grab a bite n have a beer (always go local with the beer) . Excellent service , good food ...ordered a burger medium rare, delicious! I highly recommend.
